Ballard Spahr FMLA Suit Headed To Trial Next Year

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has scheduled a trial over a former legal secretary's Family and Medical Leave Act interference claim against Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP for May 2011, almost a year after an appellate panel revived the case.
