Apple Supplier Exec In Kickback Probe Steps Down

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 4:11 PM EDT) -- The executive chairman of a Singapore-based supplier to Apple Inc. has reportedly stepped down amid questions about his connection to a scheme involving kickbacks, trade secrets theft and breach of contract that led to the indictment of an Apple executive last week.
