Document Details Backdating Scheme At Mercury

Law360 (February 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A confidential document that has been ordered unsealed in the shareholder derivative suit against Mercury Interactive will reportedly reveal the details of the stock options backdating scheme at the company, providing the text of an e-mail exchange between executives.
