Insurer Wants Out Of Grisly Funeral Home Defense

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 1:09 PM EDT) -- Owners Insurance Co. has asked for a declaratory judgment that it is not required to defend a Missouri funeral home that was shut down after regulators discovered decaying, unrefrigerated bodies in the basement that were supposed to have been buried or cremated.
