EPA, Corps Win Bid To Drop River Protection Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A judge has thrown out a lawsuit brought by a group of housing developers challenging a decision by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to designate tracts of Arizona’s Santa Cruz River as traditional navigable waters under the Clean Water Act.
