Insurers Need Not Defend Dish In Katz Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 1:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has determined that Dish Network Corp. cannot rely on its insurers for defense against patent infringement claims brought by billionaire inventor Ronald A. Katz over an automated Dish telephone system.
