Harrah's $22M Promo Deal For Poker Series Flounders

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Everest Gaming Ltd.'s request to force Harrah's Interactive Entertainment Inc. to use the Everest Poker mark in rebroadcasts of the 2008 and 2009 World Series of Poker, ruling that the status of a disputed $22 million promotional agreement between the parties remains muddy.
