Actrade Can't Block Jury Demand In $14M Surety Spat

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 3:21 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has shot down a bid by Actrade Financial Technologies Ltd.'s liquidation trust to block a group of insurers from demanding a jury trial in a dispute over $14 million in bond payments.
