SanDisk Hit With Sanctions In Earnout Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled SanDisk Corp. should pay $150,000 in sanctions for obscuring problems with producing computer data that brought discovery to a halt in a case launched by two former employees who claim the flash memory maker failed to pay them a $4 million earnout for acquiring their company MDRM Inc.
