US Cos. Join CIT Case Over Indian Shrimp Duties

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has allowed a group representing U.S.-based warmwater shrimp companies to join as a defendant in a suit that is challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce’s anti-dumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India.
