Massey Suit Over Toxic Coal Dust Gets March Trial

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 5:26 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia judge has set a March trial date for a class action accusing Massey Energy Co. of illegally exposing elementary school students to toxic coal dust.

Judge Harry Kirkpatrick of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, W.Va., scheduled a trial for March 14, an attorney for the plaintiffs confirmed Wednesday.
