ITC To Review Duties On PET Film, Pipe Fittings

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted five-year reviews of anti-dumping duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film from South Korea and stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.

The ITC issued notices announcing the reviews — the third for each order — on Tuesday.

The U.S. Department of Commerce initially issued an anti-dumping duty order on imports of stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Japan in 1988, and the orders on similar pipe fittings from South Korea and Taiwan followed in 1993....
