Wire Decking Cos. Fight For Duties On Chinese Imports

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 12:18 PM EDT) -- Domestic producers of wire decking are challenging a U.S. International Trade Commission decision that Chinese imports have not hurt the U.S. industry, despite the Department of Commerce's determination that exporters dumped the products at up to 143 percent below normal value.
