Court Tosses Asbestos Verdict Over Jury Instructions

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A California state appeals court has tossed out a jury verdict against a refinery worker exposed to asbestos, saying the lower court shouldn't have excluded the "consumer expectations" test from the jury instructions.
