MichCon Counterclaims Nixed In Ford CERCLA Spat

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 12:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed Michigan Consolidated Gas Co.'s cost recovery counterclaims against Ford Motor Co. and steel manufacturer Severstal North America Inc. in a suit seeking to force the energy company to cover environmental cleanup costs at a stretch of land near Michigan's Rouge River.
