Seven Settles Copyright Suit Against Oleg Cassini

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has signed off on an agreement by high-end denim clothier Seven For All Mankind LLC to drop its copyright infringement suit accusing Oleg Cassini Inc. of copying Seven's distinctive back-pocket design. 

In an order filed Monday, Judge Robert W. Sweet agreed to Seven's move.
