Injunction Granted In US Cos.' Indian Shrimp Duty Spat

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 12:25 PM EDT) -- The Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee has secured a preliminary injunction halting collection of the most recent anti-dumping duties levied on shrimp imported by over 150 Indian producers until litigation challenging the duties is resolved.

Judge Judith M. Barzilay of the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday granted a request from the consortium of U.S. shrimp producers, postponing the liquidation of the duties.
