Cintas Drug Testing Suit Can Head Back To State Court

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 2:19 PM EDT) -- Current and former Cintas Corp. No. 2 employees who said they were unlawfully required to submit to drug testing can take their case back to state court, a federal magistrate judge has ruled, rejecting Cintas' argument that it deserved exemption from a one-year deadline for removing cases to federal court.
