Epson Tries To Keep Secret Report Out Of Printer Suit

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Epson America Inc. is fighting to keep an internal report private in a putative class action that alleges the company misrepresented the quality of printer cartridges, saying the report is protected by attorney-client privilege and was released by a disgruntled former executive in violation of an employment agreement.
