Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction that blocks the U.S. Department of Agriculture from shipping bales of Hawaiian garbage into Washington state through a private contractor, ruling that the department has not fully considered the plan's impact on local wildlife and protected Indian lands.
