Mass. High Court OKs Controversial $1B Wind Farm

Law360, New York (September 1, 2010, 4:27 PM EDT) -- The Massachusetts high court has given the go-ahead for developers of the U.S.' first offshore wind farm to move ahead with the controversial $1 billion project, overruling objections from local residents and activists who claim the developers failed to obtain the proper permits.
