Law360, New York (February 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Joe Nacchio’s defense team won its second victory in a week on Wednesday, with a judge ordering Qwest Communications International Inc. to hand over documents involving nearly three dozen people associated with the company in connection with the former chief executive’s insider-trading case.
Judge Edward Nottingham of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on Wednesday granted a defense motion that will require Qwest to produce a slew documents at a hearing set for Friday.
