KPMG Files $2.2M Foamex Bill

Law360, New York (February 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Accounting firm KPMG has applied to the court for $2.2 million it is owed for auditing work it performed for Foamex International Inc. while the company was in bankruptcy.

The firm filed its 16th application to the Delaware bankruptcy court Tuesday, saying it was owed the money for services and expenses between September 2005 and February 2007.

The application for reimbursement includes a detailed breakdown of expenses and fees owed by Foamex, which emerged from Chapter 11 protection this month.
