Tropicana Noteholders Lose Appeal For $2M Legal Tab

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has shot down an appeal by Tropicana Entertainment LLC noteholders trying to recoup more than $2.3 million in legal costs they amassed in a maneuver to oust the bankrupt casino operator's former owner.
