Stainless Steel Plate Duties To Undergo Full Review

Law360, New York (September 8, 2010, 3:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to conduct full five-year sunset reviews of duties on imports of stainless steel plate from Belgium, South Africa, Italy, Korea and Taiwan.

The agency said Wednesday that it would conduct full reviews to determine whether revoking countervailing duty orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium and South Africa and anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium, Italy, Korea, South Africa and Taiwan would harm U.S. industries.
