CMC From Mexico, Others To Get Full ITC Review

Law360, New York (September 8, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to conduct full five-year reviews for anti-dumping duty orders on cellulose gum — a staple in the health care and oil industries — from Finland, Mexico, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Producers of cellulose gum, or carboxymethylcellulose, in Mexico and the Netherlands provided adequate responses, triggering full reviews, the ITC said Tuesday, adding that while producers in Finland and Sweden did not provide adequate responses, circumstances nevertheless warranted full reviews regarding those countries, including hearings and the issuance of questionnaires....
