Travelers, Citigroup Logo Deal Gets Antitrust OK

Law360 (February 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a move that brings a widely-recognized corporate logo closer to changing hands, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of a federally mandated waiting period with respect to the agreement by St. Paul Travelers Cos. to buy back the red umbrella mark from Citigroup Inc.
