Stem Cell Research Ban To Remain Pending Appeal

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 7:10 PM EDT) -- A federal judge refused to stay a preliminary injunction barring federal government funding for human embryonic stem cell research pending appeal Tuesday, ruling that the order will not yield the "parade of horribles" as the government claimed.
