Pillsbury Fights For Fees In Tronox Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (September 8, 2010, 5:25 PM EDT) -- Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, representing equity security holders in the Tronox Inc. bankruptcy, is fighting back against objections from unsecured creditors and the U.S. trustee over its application for legal fees.

The firm defended itself in a response filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday as the battle over the compensation requested for the period from Sept. 1, 2009, to Jan. 31 continues to rage.
