Italian Co. Challenges Duties On Steel Plates

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Italian steel manufacturer Evraz Palini Bertoli SpA has filed suit over the U.S. Department of Commerce's imposition of anti-dumping duties on imported carbon steel plate products.

Palini initiated the suit in a summons submitted Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, saying the company had actively participated in an administrative review of the duties conducted by the International Trade Administration and planned to contest the review's final results.

Frederick Waite of Vorys Sater Seymour & Pease LLP filed the summons on behalf of the plaintiff....
