Ill. Law Too Vague To Sustain CAA Suit: 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 9, 2010, 2:46 PM EDT) -- In an issue of first impression, a federal appeals court has ruled that an Illinois regulation limiting air pollution from particulate matter is too vague to be used as the basis for a citizen suit under the Clean Air Act.
