Enviros Seek To Halt Monsanto's Modified Beet Seeds

Law360, New York (September 10, 2010, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and other environmental groups are asking a federal judge to stop farmers from planting a new generation of genetically modified sugar beet seeds primarily designed by Monsanto Co. that are resistant to Monsanto’s own Roundup herbicide.
