Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A federal judge is set to hear the U.S. trustee's objection to a move to appoint Jones Day as special counsel in The Tribune Co.'s bankruptcy as the media conglomerate tries to rescue its besieged Chapter 11 plan.
