Insurers Seek Contribution In Fortney Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 12:45 PM EDT) -- Three insurers accused of breaching their duty to defend and indemnify Fortney & Weygandt Inc. in underlying litigation arising out of a construction contract dispute have launched a third-party complaint seeking to hold six contractors and insurers liable for potential coverage costs.
