Expert IP Litigator Joins Buchanan Ingersoll

Law360 (February 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An experienced intellectual property litigator has moved to Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney PC, leaving Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she was one of the first female partners.

Constance Huttner began her new position as chair of Buchanan’s IP litigation group in the New York City office on Monday.
