Brazilian OJ Maker Tries To Squeeze Out Of Duties

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Brazilian orange juice producer Sucocitrico Cutrale Ltda. has filed suit over the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision to retain anti-dumping duties on the company's products.

In a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, Cutrale and its importer subsidiary Citrus Products Inc. allege that Commerce's ruling was not supported by the evidence.

The suit challenges the final results of an administrative review published in the Federal Register in August, in which Cutrale was assessed an anti-dumping rate of 8.13 percent.
