Travelers To Appeal Duty To Defend In Wedding War

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America can appeal a partial summary judgment ruling declaring its duty to defend a homeowners association in an underlying suit over a rowdy wedding reception busted by police, a federal court has ruled.
