La. Goes After Transocean Over Deepwater Horizon

Law360 (September 15, 2010, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Louisiana wants a federal judge to formally knock down Transocean Ltd.’s contention that the drilling company is only responsible for oil leaked from the rig in the Deepwater Horizon disaster, not the millions of barrels that leaked from the underwater well.
