Lawyers Sue Accounting Firm Over Underpaid Taxes

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Half a dozen Weinstein Smith LLP lawyers have sued an accounting firm for more than $500,000 in underpaid New York City taxes and interest, alleging the accountants improperly treated them as partners instead of employees.
