SKF, NTN Fight Commerce's AD Duties On Ball Bearings

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 2:44 PM EDT) -- SKF Group and Japanese rival NTN Corp. have challenged antidumping duties the U.S. Department of Commerce recently imposed on ball bearing imports.

SKF filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, followed a day later by NTN, which also opposes the final results of an antidumping review for ball bearings from France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United Kingdom. The review period extended from May 1, 2008, to April 30, 2009.
