Remand Battle Stayed In State Farm Rate Suit

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has stayed a putative class action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. pending the outcome of an appeal in a different case over minimum claim amounts necessary to move a case to federal court under the Class Action Fairness Act.
