Mexican States Join In Deepwater Horizon Litigation

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 11:35 AM EDT) -- Three Mexican states that border the Gulf of Mexico have sued BP PLC and several other companies connected with the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, saying they are owed damages for harm to their fishing, commercial shipping and tourism industries.
