Foiling The FMLAA?

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 10:32 AM EDT) -- Within the last year, the House and Senate have introduced companion versions of a bill entitled the “Foreign Manufacturers Legal Accountability Act of 2010” (the “FMLAA”), which would require foreign manufacturers of many products to maintain a registered agent in the U.S. for service of process.
