Judge Tosses Malpractice Suit Against Standley Law

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out JS Products Inc.’s malpractice case against Standley Law Group LLP, finding that the firm cannot be held liable for individual attorneys’ alleged failure to properly advise the company about whether its flashlights infringed a competitor’s patents.
