Fla. Appeals ESA Ruling In Tri-State Water Wars

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The state of Florida, which has been locked in a battle with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over water control in the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint rivers basin near the borders of Alabama, Georgia and Florida, has appealed its loss of National Environmental Policy Act challenges to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
