Gryphon Head Says Bipolar Disorder Merits Trial Delay

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 1:58 PM EDT) -- Defense counsel for accused fraudster Kenneth Marsh is again trying to postpone the start of his criminal trial, arguing that more time is needed to flesh out claims that Marsh’s bipolar disorder prevents his conviction for a $17.5 million investment scam.
