Lloyd's Suit Over Hurricane Ike Coverage Survives

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 1:48 PM EDT) -- Six businesses in the Houston area damaged during Hurricane Ike have lost their bid to toss Lloyd's of London underwriter Chaucer Corporate Capital No. 2 Ltd.'s declaratory judgment and breach of contract suit over the disputed scope of coverage for the defendants' claimed property damages.
