Fed. Circ. Revives Patent Suit Over CPR Masks

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 6:21 PM EDT) -- An intellectual property battle between two makers of CPR masks has been resuscitated, with a federal appeals court finding that the lower court read too much into the claims of the patent at the center of the dispute.
