Mark Cuban Wins Access To SEC Documents

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A day after being dealt a setback when an appeals court revived an insider trading case against him, billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban got some good news Wednesday when a judge ruled that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had improperly withheld documents from him.

Judge Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued the ruling in a Freedom of Information Act case Cuban filed against the SEC in May 2009.
