Enterprise Faces 2nd Shareholder Suit Over $9B Deal

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 7:31 PM EDT) -- Enterprise GP Holdings LP is facing a second putative class action that seeks to stop its proposed $9 billion merger with Enterprise Products Partners LLP, a deal that allegedly gives short shrift to minority shareholders and values the company at far less than it's really worth.
